These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NoorLingo mobile application ("App") developed and operated by NoorLingo ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using NoorLingo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
NoorLingo is an educational application designed to teach Quranic Arabic vocabulary through structured lessons, quizzes, and mini-games. The App provides access to 1,000 Quranic Arabic words, 100 lessons, and 12 interactive learning games.
The App is free to download and use. All 1,000 words, 100 lessons, and 12 games are available to all users at no cost. The free version includes advertisements. A premium subscription or one-time purchase removes advertisements and provides access to advanced features.
NoorLingo offers the following premium options:
The Monthly and Annual subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
The Lifetime Access option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It provides permanent access to all premium features without recurring charges. This purchase is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple refund policies.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
NoorLingo does not require account creation. Your learning progress is stored locally on your device and may sync across your devices via iCloud. We do not collect personal information beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use NoorLingo only for its intended educational purpose. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, reproduce or distribute its content, use the App for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data.
All content within NoorLingo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, is the property of NoorLingo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Quranic text is in the public domain and is presented for educational purposes.
NoorLingo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The educational content is provided for learning purposes and should not be considered a substitute for formal Islamic education or scholarly guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoorLingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
